  Came in a couple weeks ago with family from out of town. My brother in law who is notorious for complaining about every little thing and sending his food back was even worse this evening. I don't remember who served us but she was absolutely amazing. She never even batted an eye at his behaviour and continued to be gracious throughout the meal. The manager came over at one point and he was equally gracious. They went above and beyond to help is have an enjoyable experience. Definitely will recommend this Chili's over another in the future. Give that waitress a raise!

  I go to this chilis roughly at least once every week since we moved to this area. I had been pleased with the service until recently and especially today. I moved to this area 5 months ago and if you to the math for dinner for 2 and sometimes 3 I have spent no less then 1000 dollars at this location. Today's service began with being seated right away and ironically that is also where it ends. We sit for several minutes without so much as a drink order taken but observe one of the managers chatting with 2 employees for the entire time we sat there. We give up our wait and leave. As a general manager for another resturant brand every customer counts and my regulars count for alot however it is lost on this location because we can tell that even though we go weekly and sometimes more these employees don't notice and I've taken my business elsewhere.

  A great place for a gathering with friends & family. The menu has variety; being able to choose between burgers, salads, tacos, and ribs. The crowd is always friendly, giving off a good vibe. There is little to no wait for food from experience, quick and fast service from the employees.
